We are committed to excellent leather dry cleaning service and communication. Upon receiving your shipped items, a primary inspection will be made. We will email you to confirm receipt, address any questions you listed on your order form, and confirm pricing. If we identify a potential problem, we will advise you prior to proceeding and wait for your authorization. Most leather dry cleaning items are completed and shipped back within 7 business days from receipt or authorization to clean.
